　　Sandblasting: ISO 8501-1 grade SA3; arc spraying aluminum: 100um; epoxy micaceous iron sealing paint: 30um; chlorinated rubber finish: 80um.

　　The main feature of the scheme is that the anti-corrosion ability of the coating is strong. According to the standard of ISO 14713:1998, the anticorrosive service life is 15-20a. At this time, the corrosion grade of the coating is ri3 in ISO 4628 standard, and the corrosion area is 1%. The second overhaul can be started.

However, the supporting system has the following problems:

　　(1) High cost and energy consumption, when the cost price is more than 105 yuan / m2;

　　(2) The problems of abrasive treatment and dust flying are difficult to solve, especially in sand blasting;

　　(3) It is difficult to control the quality of surface treatment and aluminum spraying in high altitude operation;

　　(4) Chlorinated rubber topcoat is a thermoplastic coating, which is difficult to be recoated with epoxy polyurethane topcoat and other high-grade topcoats in the future maintenance; however, the color and light retention of chlorinated rubber topcoat is only 3-5a at most; for environmental protection reasons, chlorinated rubber coating has been banned by international Monterey regulations;

　　(5) The surface roughness is too high after the arc spraying aluminum, generally 120-150um. Once the air flow and voltage are not well controlled during the operation, the roughness even reaches 180-200um. The roughness of 30um epoxy micaceous iron sealer plus 80um chlorinated rubber topcoat can not cover the roughness greater than 120um, resulting in poor appearance quality of the coating and easy to be sticky.
