一、Survey

　　Zhenluo first-class highway in Ningbo is the first-class highway connecting Ningbo, Zhenhai, camel and other three important economic regions, among which Zhenluo first-class highway in Ningbo was opened and put into use at the end of November 1995. Zhenluo road is the second phase project of Zhenluo road in Ningbo, which is reconstructed on the basis of the original Changzhen road and Zhenluo road of provincial road line 79. It starts from the north of camel town and ends at Chengguan, Zhenhai, with a total length of 10.898 kilometers, a design speed of 100 km / h, and a total investment of 117.3 million yuan. Construction started in early 1996, and passed the handover acceptance of Zhejiang Provincial Department of communications on December 19, 1996. The project quality was rated as excellent.

二、Design and matching of road marking paint for Zhenluo highway

　　Zhenluo highway is a newly poured cement road, with 4 lanes in total and green isolation belt in the middle. Relevant personnel of Haisheng company cooperated with Zhenluo highway headquarters to design the supporting scheme of road marking paint: hot melt paint for the middle dotted line, sidewalk line and emergency parking area, and cold paint for the rest marking lines. 　　All the marking coatings for Zhenluo first class highway in Ningbo are the products of Haisheng coating company. See Table 1 for product type and number.

　　Shanghai Haisheng paint Co., Ltd.'s hot-soluble and cold coated road markings have the test approval report of the engineering management and testing center of the Ministry of communications.

　　The physical properties of the above three coatings under the specified film thickness are shown in Table 2.

　　After the hot melt road sign coating b650-100 is scraped, the glass reflective bead shall be immediately sprinkled for reflecting at night.

　　After use, the highway headquarters and the construction unit all think that the product quality of Haisheng company is stable and the construction performance is good; after opening to traffic, the paint film is hard and wear-resistant, bright white in color, and the adhesion between the paint film and the road surface is very good.

三、Quality control of spraying construction

　　Ningbo Zhenluo first class road sign paint coating construction is undertaken by Zhejiang Tongxiang Wantong road sign facility factory, which has complete equipment and strong technical force. They work closely with our company to conduct quality control by circling four links in the construction.

四、Quality tracking inspection

　　On October 16, 1997, Zhenluo road has been put into use for nearly one year. Haisheng company organized relevant personnel to conduct a follow-up investigation on the use quality of the road marking paint of Zhenluo Road, focusing on two aspects: first, color: we found that no matter the hot melt paint or the chlorinated rubber cold paint white base remains unchanged, it is still fresh and dazzling; Second, peeling degree: the peeling area of b650-100 hot melt paint is also less than 1%. It can be seen that Haisheng road marking paint has good adhesion, high wear resistance, and the construction quality of Tongxiang Wantong factory is excellent.
