　　Chen Qunzhi is a woman entrepreneur who looks weak but has a strong heart. Hongxin steel pill Technology Co., Ltd., which she founded, is an enterprise approved by the State Administration for Industry and commerce. In the past 20 years, it has provided more than 4000 enterprises with steel pill solutions and service support, and is deeply dependent on customers. Up to now, the company has a special technical team, production team and sales team. The company's sales network has been spread all over the country, producing all kinds of steel shot, steel wire cut shot and steel sand and other metal abrasives. The product has obtained IS09001 quality certification.

　　The "Hongxin steel pill" and "Mali steel pill" produced by the company won the "Huazun Award" of the most influential brand in China's metal abrasive industry, with an online sales volume of more than 300 tons per week, making it the first brand in online sales of steel pills. The national construction projects the company has served include bird's nest, Wuhan railway station, Wuhan Tianxingzhou bridge, Hangzhou Bay Cross Sea Bridge, South China Sea warship, etc. the industries it serves include more than 300 manufacturing industries such as bridge manufacturing, ship manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, railway construction, etc.

　　Chen Qunzhi tells the story behind her and steel balls. Her father was a foreman in an iron and steel factory. She followed her father to play in the factory when she was a child. She saw that her father and his workmates turned the ore into billet, and the billet into long round steel or screw steel. At that time, she thought her father was too great.

　　Later, because of family changes, she went to Wuhan, and her life has fallen to the bottom of the valley. She lives by collecting and selling money. When selling scrap iron, she was attracted by some small beads. She learned that these beads came from WISCO and Wuchuan, and that they were used to make steel plates and remove rust. So she went to Xinhua Bookstore to look up some materials, which inspired her way of steel ball career.

　　There is no fund and no R & D team. They all rely on the wisdom of others for their own use and then produce their own products. At that time, in the business environment of first supplying and then settling accounts, some customers would hold back on the account of poor product quality, so she wanted to make the best product in the market, "as long as you can say that my quality is worse than that of others, I don't want your money." this creed has always supported her and constantly optimized product quality. Later, the customers recognized her products, and the good customers introduced her. Later, the steel industry's production equipment enterprises cooperated with her, and the word-of-mouth spread slowly.

　　Chen Qunzhi said that more than ten of our more than 20 production bases are specialized in producing steel balls, and the materials of steel balls are different. We are facing different customers, so we will need steel balls of different materials. According to the customer's requirements for personalized customization, this is our core competitiveness.

　　Talking about the future of the enterprise, Chen Qunzhi said that since he came to Beijing from Wuhan, he must face the whole country and aim to reverse the situation that "the current unified brand products in China face different customers". My biggest dream is to solve the problem of corrosion in the steel industry. Now the heavy corrosion cost in China has reached 3.05% of GDP. I hope that through our efforts, the value of this loss can be reduced to less than 2.0%. But this is not something I can do alone, so we now join hands with experts in various industries related to heavy corrosion to let them push our technical mix and truly meet the design requirements. We control the corrosion in a controllable range, at least preventable, testable, predictable, and then do something else. These are the things I want to change.
