The storage and filling of shot blasting machine is always a difficult problem. Before shot blasting, a large part of time needs to be wasted to fill steel sand into the shot blasting chamber, which greatly restricts the working efficiency of shot blasting machine. It is inevitable that a part of steel sand will be scattered near the working area of the shot blasting machine during the work of the shot blasting machine. The steel sand scattered on the ground will not only make the personal safety not guaranteed, but also cause the steel sand to be polluted. If it is accumulated on the ground for a long time, it will be rusted and agglomerated and cannot be used. The collected steel sand can not be stored. When it needs to be put into operation as soon as possible, the amount of steel sand used for shot blasting can not be filled in the shortest time.

　　In order to solve these problems, we make a movable steel sand temporary storage device by using the circular tube which is disassembled and not used by the equipment. At the bottom of the device, we add the device of immediate opening and dropping. In addition, the waste water tank is used to change the bottom into a cone, and a blanking device is added, which is installed on the upper side of the shot blasting chamber, and the upper side of the shot blasting chamber corresponding to the blanking hole is cut into the blanking transition hole to make a storage filler.

　　Such a complete set of shot blasting machine steel sand feeding, storage, blanking device is made. The shot blasting machine operator can use the working time of the shot blasting machine to select one person to collect the steel sand near the shot blasting area. Before the next shot blasting, it is only necessary to open the blanking device at the lower side of the storage filler and fill a proper amount of steel sand into the shot blasting room. This reform has solved many problems of sand collection, storage and filling of shot blasting machine. The utilization rate of sand has also been greatly improved, the production cost has been reduced, and the working efficiency of shot blasting machine has also been greatly improved.
